Failure to make full payment will result in forfeiture of your deposit and the booth will be available for sale. The total balance due is payable in full before booth assignment is granted. If Vendor has not paid their full amount, they will not be permitted to vend at the event.
In the event a vendor does not show on the day of the event, their payment is non-refundable. This is only available in extreme circumstances and if booths are available at a future show. Failure to contact the promoter or failure to show on the day of the event is not grounds for a refund.
